Customs and Logistics Operations Specialist – Customer Support

I work as an Operations Lead at Zendr where I am responsible for onboarding and serve as a specialist in logistics operations and customs. My role involves managing bugs, troubleshooting and developing long term solutions that ensure stable operations and high quality across our workflows.

I am also a key contributor in our product development, where I bring both operational insight and deep expertise in our processes. I act as the central link between departments and make sure the work connects seamlessly from start to finish.

Since 2023 I have collaborated closely with teams across the entire company as well as with the owners. My focus is to create clarity, drive improvements and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so the business can continue to grow in a stable and professional way.
