About the role

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our product team and improve the way customers book and manage their freight shipments.

You’ll collaborate with our UX Design Lead, Product Owners, and developers to simplify complex B2B workflows. You take a user-focused, pragmatic approach, using insights to guide decisions, iterating on designs, and delivering solutions that drive real impact.

You’ll challenge assumptions, stay proactive, and keep moving even when requirements are unclear.

Key requirements: 


• Design end-to-end user experiences for responsive web, and work closely with our UX Design Lead
• Conduct UX research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform and validate designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align designs with business goals
• Support developers to ensure design quality and consistency
• Contribute to the design frameworks, design system, and accessibility standards
• Present user flows and design concepts to stakeholders
• Advocate for users and deliver solutions that improve both experiences and business outcomes

About you


You’re a designer who values craft and thoughtful problem-solving, turning complex experiences into simple, intuitive designs. You focus on the details that matter and understand that great design solves real problems, not just makes things look good.

You navigate work independently or together in a team, and thrive on feedback, collaboration, and shared growth.


We're looking for someone who has:


• Degree or vocational training in HCI, Interaction, or UX Design, or equivalent practical UX experience
• 3 years of professional experience in UX or product design
• A portfolio that showcases complete design projects and the real problems you’ve solved along the way
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience conducting UX research, including interviews and usability testing
• Experience working in agile product teams alongside developers
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Communication and collaboration skills

High value if you also bring:

• Experience with B2B SaaS or complex workflow applications
• Practical knowledge with design systems and component-based design for development
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic React knowledge)
• Experience using analytics to inform design decisions
• Background in logistics, freight, or other operational domains
