This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain broad experience in both manual and automated testing, and have the chance to shape how we work with quality as our platform continues to grow. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams developing new features for our B2B freight platform and make sure every release meets high standards of performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement discussions and design reviews together with product and development teams
- Write and execute test cases and acceptance tests, both manual and automated
- Contribute to automated UI and API testing and help expand our automation coverage
- Coordinate and support user testing with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the quality of our deliveries
- Take part in evolving our QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks
About You
You’re curious, collaborative, and motivated by delivering high-quality products. You enjoy working in a team setting, are comfortable sharing your ideas, and have a strong attention to detail. You like taking ownership of your work while learning from experienced colleagues.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in QA or a similar role
- Practical experience with manual testing and API testing
- Ability to write clear test cases and work with requirements and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain testing concepts to both technical and non-technical teammates
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience with testing in CI/CD environments
- Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments
- Exposure to user testing and a strong user-centric mindset
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Playwright, TypeScript, Jest, or Git
