About the Role

As a QA Engineer at Zendr, you will play a key role in ensuring and driving quality throughout our work—from concept to release. You’ll join our Tech department, where multiple teams develop new features in close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

You will be involved early in the process and help build quality in from the start. Our teams take great ownership, and you’ll have both influence and opportunities to contribute to our shared quality culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in requirements and design reviews together with product owners and developers.
• Writing and executing test cases and acceptance tests, both manual and automated.
• Coordinating user testing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring and improving the quality of our deliveries. You will play a key role in guiding the team on test levels and methods.
• Contributing to the development of our QA processes and test automation, including leading our work on automated UI testing.
• Leading and driving automated integration testing at the API level.

About You

We’re looking for someone curious, humble, and driven to create value through quality. You have strong collaboration skills and enjoy working closely with both developers and product owners. You are confident, pedagogical, and keen on finding improvements in both code and processes.

You have technical understanding but also the ability to see the bigger picture and user experience. You’re not afraid to take initiative and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in QA or a similar role.
• Experience with manual testing and API testing.
• Experience writing test cases and working with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Interest in or experience with automated testing.
• Strong ability to communicate quality and testing methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience coaching and supporting others in QA work.
• Worked with testing in CI/CD environments.
• Experience with user testing and a strong user focus.
• Worked in product teams with end-to-end responsibility for quality.
• Experience with Postman, Playwright, TypeScript, Jest, and/or Git.
